Management Consulting

We have Subject Matter Experts with General Manager, Sales Manager, F&I Manager, and Executive experience that are available to provide Management Consulting. These are the same people that install Save-A-Deal and by default this is included to a limited degree in the installation. DMS systems such as Reynolds and ADP are highly configurable systems and can be used incorrectly because of this and a variety of other issues. Save-A-Deal is consistent between dealerships and has been effective in highlighting processes that are inconsistent with industry best practices. Once the inconsistency has been identified and addressed everyone wins.



Network Services

Networks are complex systems and dealerships typically either do not have the technical expertise to properly screen resources they hire or spend the minimal amount of money on their computing infrastructure. Because of this there are many opportunities to improve a dealers network. We have contacts with Senior Network Engineers that are proficient in solving difficult network issues and have provided recommendations at different price points to our dealers.
